Thank you Barbara F for this thoughtful donation of warm goodies for our homeless here in Ohio. Barbara has been busy, she tells me in her note that the colder it gets, the more she crochets. Perfect!
Barbara has been busy crocheting scarves and hats. She's also included much needed personal care items. Folks, a couple of weeks ago I posted that one of the most overlook items for shelters in feminine hygiene products, so am pleased to say Barbara has included some in this donation. I can't imagine what that's like, to be cold, to want a bath and be in need of personal hygiene products.
Keep up the good work Barbara!

VERY NICE BARBARA. Lots of good stuff here. Hats look really nice and warm. Guy colors too. Always my favorites. Had planned to send some personal care stuff with my box, may have to do that yet as an after thought:+) Senior moments!:+)
ReplyDeleteSnow is falling here now, but our 3 to 5 inches have been cut back to 1 in. Spring weather and melting all next week. Good news. GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS.marj in minnesota
Thanks for your support with such wonderful comments Marj, much appreciated. Glad to hear you're getting a break, weather wise. Like you...I always am happy to receive the colors appropriate for the men.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice donation Barbara. Your hook has been very busy! That was so nice to send personal care items. Those items will be great for the homeless.
