Helping Homeless Through our Donations

Thank you Emily P for thoughtful donation.  Emily has covered a couple of areas here with her donation variety.  She has crocheted scarves, nice large ones the adults will enjoy and items Rae will put to good use as she prepares and feeds cold homeless folks on Saturday mornings.  She's included plastic grocery and garbage bags, Styrofoam cups, and plastic containers.  There's also a nice cheery cotton washcloth.

The plastic containers will be used for left overs and meal preparation, the cups to serve hot chocolate and coffee, the garbage bags for the homeless to put their few belongings in, the grocery bags to carry their hot meal in.

Very nice and please keep up the good work, Emily.

    Good choice of items Emily. All very useful things for the homeless. Makes me realize it is time to gather things for a box. Thank you.

    Beautiful donations, I am so touched by your donations. My beautiful daughter is homeless and on the street by choice and it breaks my heart. She is a mentally ill drug addicted person and I worry everyday if she is warm. We tried to help help her so many times over the years and she still chooses this life. Thank you for what your doing.

    Nothing...We have tried it all. She is currently arrested so she is warm for now. How sad is that. Thank you.

    Neicee, that is an odd blessing; but I do understand what you mean. She's got a roof over her head and will have food. I'm so sorry you're going through this. If ever there seems like a opportunity, please let us know. In the meantime, will keep you and yours in my thoughts.

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name.
