Thank you Beth G for this fabulous and very generous donation of crocheted cotton wash cloths, personal care items, and nice warm scarves.  Sorry the picture is a bit funky folks.  This was the last picture I was able to take with my camera before the battery died.  LOVE all the nice dark solid scarves, they work so well for either men or women.
AND......look, there's more.  Separated the donations so things wouldn't be piled on top of each other for the pictures.  These are all scarves, just some aren't laid out.  Whew...she's been busy, please take time to come up for air Beth!

Beth has also included some personal care items in her donation for Ohio's Homeless.

Nice work, many thanks.

**We started the year with the number of items we had donated last year, 2016; and will subtract our donations from that.  Using the end number for 2016 as the goal for the each item.  So, as the year continues you will see numbers decrease.  Our goal is to meet and surpass the number of items donated last year.**

Thank you Beth G for Helping The Homeless

Thank you Beth G for this wonderful donation for Ohio's Homeless.  Beth has crocheted scarves, and cotton washcloths and has included socks and personal care items as well.  Even though we have finally warmed up here in Ohio during the days, the nights are still cool, and we still have some of the wet dreary weather difficult for the homeless to contend with; soooooo please don't stop knitting and crocheting folks.  The need does indeed continue through out the year.  And, when we might reach a point where folks are currently in need, we then stock up all the various shelters and Rae, so they are always  prepared.

I want to thank all the new visitors supporting us through their visits and thoughtful comments from The A-Z challenge and am thrilled some of our new friends are busy and knitting and crocheting and or looking to see what they might do to help, either here or in their own areas.  We need to continue to spread the information about the severity of homelessness and spread the news about what can be done throughout our country.

Donated Crocheted Scarves Help the Homeless

Thank you Beth G for this awesome donation of crocheted scarves!  I love all the nice solid colors that are suitable for both men and women.  While this first picture shows scarves folded, you can see in the second picture how nicely sized they are.  The calendar tells us it's almost Spring, and we have had some relief from the snow and freezing temperatures; but make no mistake.....that doesn't mean they is no longer need of wonderful warm items for our Homeless Friends.
It's still quite damp and cool and will be for some time to come.

Thank you, Beth and please keep up the good work!

*For my friends visiting through A-Z, please remember to leave the url to your blog when you comment, not your profile page so I can return the visit.  Also, please notice the special blog log for all A-Z visitors who leave comments.  Sharing some linky love.

Colorful Crocheted Donation

Thank you Beth G for this thoughtful donation.  Sorry the picture is so dark folks.  I lightened it some on the computer, but it was such a dark day without natural light it still is too dark to see some of the colors in the scarves towards the top of the picture.  Beth has crocheted scarves, cotton washcloths, and hot pads.  Love the pretty color sin the washcloths.

Keep up the good work Beth.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
