Hats for Heads Help the Homeless
Thank you Linda W from Ohio for this wonderful donation of knitted hats! Hats to fit adults and one for a child as well. Really like the one pictures lowered left with the wide stretching ribbing...helps to fit different sized heads. Very nice!!
Please keep up the good work Linda, warm heads make such a huge difference in someone's comfort, even in the cold outdoors. It's currently 34 degrees, but feels like it's 26 degrees with the wind chill, so hats are most definitely needed and very much appreciated.

Mittens Make Me Clap for Joy
I'm doing the happy mitten dance, but if you've been here to the blog before; you probably already knew that, lol. Thank you Sally for this thoughtful donation. Sally's knitted and donated mittens, cotton washcloths, hats and scarves. Awesome donation. Special thanks too for nicely taging the sizes on your items. The hats and mittens are a variety of sizes and colors and will be well received by a variety of people......adults, teens, and kids. Sally's also included some personal care items.
Many thanks Sally and please keep up the good work.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
