Donations of Hats and Scarves
Thank you Barbara F from New York for this thoughtful donation of hats and scarves. The hats are a nice variety of sizes and the scarves are circle scarves/mobious style. Heads and necks will be warmer now. So happy to have you're on going support, please keep up the good work.
Folks did you know Barbara has many talents? She does, she makes soap, jewelry, lotion bars, and paints shells! Check it out HERE.
*Reminders:
Please avoid open airy stitches, we're after warmth and durability. One way to avoid open stitches is to downsize your needles and hooks. You can also double up with yarn...which is particularly good when making slippers for both the warmth and durability. If you can poke your fingers through the stitches easily...it's too open and lacy.

Donations for Ohio's Homeless
Thank you Marjorie M for your on going support of Bridge and Beyond. I appreciate it and your steadfastness with visiting and commenting on the blog. Marjorie has crocheted 16 cotton washcloths which I know will be a big hit when their donated to the shelters; along with some personal care items, supplies needed in the meal prep and socks. The two paisley bags on the right had side of the picture are insulted bags (probably lunch bags?), they can be used in several ways I'm sure for our folks in need.
Keep up the good work Marjorie!

Donations To Keep Heads and Toes Warm
What an awesome donation. Look at all these marvelous slippers and hats! Thank you Sandra R from the sunny state of Florida for this thoughtful donation. She has a nice variety in sizes for both the hats and the slippers and everything is so nicely tagged! Love the nice dark colors, they work for everyone and don't show the dirt which is always a plus. Please keep up the good work Sandra!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
