Lovely tangerine crocheted afghan from Mary in Ohio. I love the design. Mary, what pattern did you use? This afghan is suitable both in color and size for a female adult lapghan and or a sweet little girl. It is quite pretty and will keep either warm and cozy.
This second yellow crocheted afghan is also suitable both in size, color, and style for a little girl or a female adult for a blanket or a lapghan. Many thanks Mary in Ohio for your thoughtful donation. Those mothers and children at Faith Mission that we're working to warm will love these. Again...asking what pattern did you use, this is lovely.

Fabulous Scarves to warm the Homeless
Thank you Mary, a fellow Ohioan for these fabulous scarves. I love the way the look. They remind me of Mexican and or Native American style. She tells me she used what's called a knit stitch, though she says it's single crochet. They are bright and cheery, and very nice and heavy so will be warm! Mary is our newest pair of helping hands. Hope to see you here often Mary and keep up the good work. Your thoughtful donation is very much appreciated.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
