DARLING! Look at these adorable fleece kid friendly scarves Chris sent. A cowboy print, a horse print and fun polka dots. These will naturally go to young children at the free clinic and I know will be a big hit. And kitties too!
This truly is a rainbow of scarves. Look at all the fabulous colors. Chris and a friend of her's at work sent this fabulous box of 17 crocheted scarves, 5 fleece scarves, and a cute hat-scarf-glove set. WOW! Chris doesn't have a blog for you all to visit, but you might remember she's a friend of our Dear Beth--you know crochetprincess. This is a perfect example of our reaching out. Chris found us through Beth and Chris has also spread the word by getting help from a co-worker. Thanks to all who knit, to all who crochet, to all who sew fleece, to all who blog about us, and to all who talk about the need we're able to get more helping hands. More helping hands means we're able to help more folks, to provide warmth to more cold homeless and those in need.
HUGS to you ALL! Keep up the good work.
**Chris if you read this, what's your friends name? The scarves you both sent are beautifully made. Thank your friend too please.

Scarfin it UP, think that's what the Smurf's would say
**remember to click on the pictures to see things up close
Scarfin it up! With this donation of 30 scarves, I think we may need to add that word to the dictionary. Seriously, look at the fun designs and colors. Chris made 26 fleece scarves and 4 crocheted scarves. Chris is a friend of our Dear Beth (crochetprincess). What fun variety she found with her fleece. Stella is wrapped up in a super soft lavender crocheted scarf.
Thanks bunches Chris, wish you had a blog so we all could come visiting. I'll send along my thanks to Beth.

Our newest member
Chris D, sent these lovely scarves a few days ago. One is felt (sewn), the others are crocheted. Love the texture in the crocheted scarves, believe she accomplished it by back stitch only dc? Chris is a friend of our Beth (Crocheted Princess), who heard of our cause through Beth and wanted to help out. Many many thanks Chris. Your help is very much appreciated. Please leave comments here for Chris, as she's a member without a blog.
Welcome to the group Chris. Looking forward to more of your lovely creations.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
