Knitted Cotton Cloths Always Helpful

Thank you Deanna S for this nice donation of knitted cotton washcloths.  Such pretty colors I think they made the sun peak in a little when I was taking the picture.  We don't see the sun much, so when it pops in...it's noticeable and exciting.  Your pretty cloths did the trick I'm thinking.

Deanna is our newest pair of helping hands and hails from Illinois, The Prairie State.  That surprised me a bit, would have thought of Kansas for that, but that's what google told me.  Anyway, thrilled to have you join us Deanna and hope to see you here often on Bridge and Beyond.

Cotton Cloths have several uses.  Shelters love them and tell me when people get a night in the shelter these are nicer on their skin after being out in the elements.  They're put in welcome home packs when folks transition from shelter living to a permanent situation and are used both as dish cloths or showering.

Thank you and please keep up the good work.

**The counts on our progress bars are current. All donations regardless of size and number are valued. All donations are appreciated. The Power of One is awesome, and when we work together The Power of One becomes The Power of Many.

  1. Oh I so love these. As you know, blue is my favorite color. I'm making crocheted washcloths right now myself. These are very nice! Good job, Deanna!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
