Thank you Wendy H and sister Catherine for this thoughtful and very generous donation of crocheted love for Ohio's Homeless. As I type this, my hands are cold and I'm indoors, not out in the elements, not living in a shelter where things can often be not all that comfortable. Wendy has been a long time and active supporter of Bridge and Beyond. As you look at the variety in colors and sizes of her scarves you know how many people she's keeping warm.
Obviously, Wendy and her sister Catherine have been extremely busy with her crochet hook. I do hope you got some sleep, during all this. Holly cow....she's a regular crochet machine!
Please keep up the good work, Wendy and Catherine. Stay tuned for additional donations from Wendy folks. Remember, larger donations are divided to minimize the number of photo's per post so you're all able to better see the work of caring volunteers, and to help us with more regular blog posts.
As we're nearing the end of yet another year here on Bridge and Beyond, please stay tuned for totals. All items received prior to the end of 2014 will be tallied in that year, even though the posts will appear in the year 2015.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

My sister, Kate Witting, also made some of these scarves that is why there are so many! :-)
