- Do you think about what color of yarn you have in your stash?
- Do you worry you might not remember all the places you hid your stash?
- Do you store yarn in the car so hubby doesn't know you bought more yarn?
- Do you squish yarn between your fingers at your local yarn shop?
- Do buy yarn you don't need to make projects not yet identified, because it's pretty, or because it's on sale?
LOL........
Saw this picture the other day on Facebook also, (did you see the one from yesterday, if not scroll back). I added the diagnosis and systems, so you would all know..........we're in it together.
All donations regardless of size and number are valued. All donations are appreciated. The Power of One is awesome, and when we work together The Power of One becomes The Power of Many.
GUILTY AS CHARGED IN ALL BUT A FEW CASES! Oh dear! My son tells me i need rehab , Just like a man! Addiction is a bad thing in most cases, but I think this one is pretty harmless! It certainly can be used to help others. Plus I enjoy it. :+) It certainly helped get through this nasty winter!
ReplyDeleteLike they say "It's cheaper than therapy."
ReplyDeleteCheaper than therapy. Cheaper than drugs cheaper than cigarettes cheaper than alcohol and the list goes on! I think everyone would do well to stop what they are doing and go buy LOTS of yarn!!
ReplyDeleteI agree Sally. If you need a cheap addiction, and most of us do, this is the way to go. Very well said.
ReplyDeleteYep, I have yarn on the brain. Guilty of some of them....
ReplyDeleteThanks Sandy for stopping by my blog and for the follow! I've been trying to follow back but apparently google is having issues with the gfc follower widget in blogger and many people are having trouble following blogs. But, I'll keep trying to add to your list of followers! I don't have 'yarn on the brain,' by my mother does and I've heard it's contagious! I love all the things she can do with yarn and hopefully one of these days I can sit down with her and she can teach me. Our latest project together, consisted of me cutting up 100s of plastic bags to provide her with plastic yarn and she made fabulous baskets with them. It was fun to see her work the plarn. (:
ReplyDeleteRetail therapy is always cheaper than seeking professional help and besides there is usually additional people that benefit from it :)
