A State Challenge

Yesterday we added Utah to our state map.  I'm excited because it's the time in a long time we've been able to add another state to the list of those where our donations come from.

Alabama
Alaska
Arkansas
Connecticut
Mississippi
Montana
Nevada
Oregon
Rhode Island

Those states are not represented.  Wouldn't it be nice to have 100% participation?  Since it doesn't get cold in Alabama and Arkansas, I'm surprised we've not had folks there who like to knit or crochet and donate items too warm for their climates.

Throwing out a challenge....need big hearted crafters from those states to step up and represent their states.  Come on...please join us.

    Interesting challenge Sandy. Didnt realize we were that close to having everyone represented. Think sometimes we think someone else is doing it so we dont. In this case there is no way we can handle all of the need, no matter how many people join. If you want to do it in your own state that is important of course, but homeless are homeless whereever they live. Please help.

    Glad we did have another state added the other day. Wish I knew people in the missing states...I would let them know about this wonderful charity called Bridge and Beyond!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
