Thank you Nikki S for this thoughtful crocheted donation. Nikki has donated a shall, couple of scarves, cowls, and one of those hoody scarf combinations. The picture turned out pretty dark, as it was such a dark gloomy day here.......even with the lights on, and even with editing the picture here on the computer......such is central Ohio in winter. The hood scarf combo is the dark scarf at the bottom of the picture, please click to enlarge to see better.
Special Thanks Nikki for delivering this to me in person!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

THANKS NIKKI! This is a lovely group of things. The hooded scarf should be a real treat for someone. I have thought many times that this would make a good donation. I love the pretty pink scarf. Will make some woman feel pretty. Thanks for helping the homeless. GOOD JOB.
ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome!! Always glad to help keep people warm when I can. :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice donation, Nikki. I especially like the hooded scarf. Thanks for helping to keep people warm.
ReplyDeleteNikki thanks for this terrific donation! I especially love the hooded scarf and would love to try making one someday. It seems like it serves two purposes all in one garment. I like that idea! I also think that shawl looks quite special too and someone is going to be very happy to receive it! Thanks so much for using your talents to help the homeless and working poor!!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful you were able to deliver the goodies in person, Nikki! Very nice donation.
