Crocheted Mittens for Ohio's Homeless from North Carolina
Thank you Anne G from North Carolina for this thoughtful donation of warm mittens and a hat to help Ohio's homeless. We've gotten colder quicker then usual and the need for these items is great. Thank you also for tagging your crocheted mittens with the size....that is so very much appreciated. The ribbing on the gray mittens is especially nice. I'm always looking for good mitten patterns to add to the mitten tab here on Bridge and Beyond, what pattern did you use?

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Very nice looking mittens Anne G! Hat looks real warm also. They all will be appreciated in this cold weather.
ReplyDeleteLove your donation Anne G. I, too, wonder what pattern you used for the gray mittens. I'm always trying to find a pattern with a longer cuff. Thanks again, I know your donation will make many people warmer this winter.
ReplyDeleteGOOD JOB ANNE. I am sure these will be much appreciated. Nothing like warm hands and heads. You have definitely taken care of that problem , a good help to the homeless.Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThank you Anne for your donation of these terrific mittens and hat! We are so lacking in our mitten numbers that this donation is extra appreciated! I am sure that Sandy will find some folks who will really love to have these! It has gotten too cold too quickly so we all must keep our needles and hooks flying! Let's go girls!
