Day 22 for Jack Otis Memorial Month
Our friend RoseMarie with her signature flowers has crocheted 3 pairs of slippers, a hat and matching scarf that the girls will enjoy. She's also donated some personal care items (deodorant, toothpaste and shampoo), and a headband. The colorful circles will be nice starts to squares to add to one of ghans for Project Welcome Home.
The yarn will be sent to our friend Anna. Thank you RoseMarie for supporting our cause and showing your support to our friend Anna, who was open enough to share her story with us awhile back. I know she started right in on the yarn I sent and will welcome this addition.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Very nice work RoseMarie as always!
ReplyDeleteI feel a little silly asking this, but am I the "Anna" you're referring to? =)
ReplyDeleteYou are indeed, Anna.
ReplyDeleteWell thank you very much Sandy and RoseMarie. This made my day! =) I'll send you my change-in-address information. You are truly some amazing people for all you do for others. As soon as I can I will start sending in donations to help out Bridge and Beyond... I know I've been saying that for a year now but I still mean it!
