Don't these colors make you think and feel fresh! They sure do me. And in practical purposes that's just what they'll do. Whomever receives these pretty crocheted cotton washcloths donated by Gail B will feel fresh, pretty and "special". How can you beat that? You know yourself when hot, tired, feeling low how good a shower or bath feels. Those in need in the shelters have those same feelings, only more so. They'll be given hand made (knitted and crocheted) cotton washcloths made special for them, so naturally, that will make them feel "special".
Thank you Gail for your on going support and beautifully crafted items, they are always so appreciated. Keep up the good work one and all. You all make a difference in someones life, even if you don't them, and don't get to see them.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

So nice! And green is a "healthy" color. Today was the last shuttle launch, easily visible from my area. I stood on the curb with a homeless man and we watched it together. I wish I knew his name and more about him. Sandy you have a blessed mission.
ReplyDeleteMuch love to all.... Sandie in now wet FL
Oh Sandie, you two shared a special moment in history. Have you seen him before?
ReplyDeleteGail, thanks for such a special donation! You have blessed many folks with your thoughtfulness! Keep that hook flying!
