Yes, it's most definately fall. Time to knit and crochet BIG TIME!

We've had a couple of nights hitting the freezing mark already here in Central Ohio.  That means the elements are more of a problem for those folks without a roof over their heads.  I am so truly grateful I'm not in that group, as I know you all are as well.  It's so nice to be able to help a bit.

I've just gotten back in town, my camera died while I was gone; so getting pictures is difficult at the moment.  This will be peace meal.  I'm using an old camera that isn't working very well, and loading them is even harder.  UGH, I need to buy a new one.

Sorry for the quality of pictures, but do hope you can see how beautiful these hats made and donated by Bunny are.  Her work is always always fabulous, the yarn is so nice and soft, so besides being warm for someone in need they are also yummy soft.  Many thanks Bunny.  I know a couple of the hats are crocheted, and wonder if 2 of them are knitted?  The taller blue and purple ones pictured on the ends?

**new totals
Hats 252
Mittens 43 pairs
Scarves 109

Stayed tuned as I have donations from Sandie, T. Miller, Danette, and Karen to share.  Hats, mittens, and scarves.  Just trying to work through these camera frustrations.  Please check back often.  Leave a comment, so I know you were here.  PLEASE share our blog url, our badge etc. to share our cause.  Many helping hands are needed.

***Is T. Miller out there?  Would love you email ady or blog link.  Anyone have it?  Thanks

  1. Thank you for posting a pic Sandy. The pic came out just fine. Yes, those 2 hats you mentioned are knit.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
