Sandie has done it again! She's given our cause such wonderful support. Sandie's beautifully made scarves, all crocheted arrived a few days ago. They are nice and think, some are double thickness and range in size from 56 inches long to 64 inches long and from 6.5 to 8 inches wide. They will surely help these men under the bridge ward of the chill.
Hope you can see the pretty coral scarf, nice little scallops on the edge.
Donations Total:
Hats 262 + 9 = 271
Mittens 47 pairs + 8 =53 pairs
Scarves 123 + 7 = 130
Sorry folks got sick and didn't get picture posted, spent all day yesterday in bed. Think I lost about 5 pounds, the hard way. Hope you all are staying well.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

I love watching your numbers grow! Target Dayton's choir is coming to our church to sing and testify in a couple of weeks.
ReplyDeleteAlso, our church just joined with some others in the area to take turns serving meals to the needy. I hope this ministry will grow very large!
Thanks Lily I also love seeing the numbers climb. Each means someone is more comfortable, and that's a good feeling. Oh, I've love to hear the choir, wish I were feeling better, I could have driven over.
ReplyDeleteSo please to see things growing there in Dayton too.
Sandy
Love the wonderful colors! Take care and get well soon! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThanks Beth, feeling better.

I was trying to stretch out the length in the brown by adding a bit more color to it. Never one to waste anything! Glad to think it warmed someone's neck during that winter.
ReplyDeleteI too love to mix things so as not to waste Sandie, well done.
