Scarf #21 AND 22 AND 23 AND 24 !!!
Wow...sure have had a time getting this posted. This is the 3rd try!!! The 2 tone knitted scarf is one I made which is really warm and thick. The 2 pictured together (blue and green), are crocheted from Sandie, and the darkest green is also crocheted from Sandie using diag. box stitch. I really like the look!
Thanks bunches Sandie. I need to try my hand at one of those scarfs.
Now that blogger is working better I'll add a bit to my note. Not sure what was going on last night when I tried and tried to post. I kept losing my blog post and the pictures. Anyway...the scarfs Sandie made are wonderful. The yarn is yummy.
Sorry you can't see the design in the multi-colored blue scarf I knitted, it has some neat texture which doesn't show up in the picture. Bummer.
Look how our team members have grown! Cool hun. And don't forget we have people who knit and or crochet who aren't team members helping us out with the cause here. Some are followers/readers some friends there off. AND...we have over 30 members who've joined in The Ravelry Group. Some of us are in both places which is also cool. Join us however you can, whatever method works for you is fine.
Be safe, be warm and Happy New Years to you all!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Sandy, the box stitch scarf is wool in case you need to label it - I don't think I did.
ReplyDeleteI been dying to try that stitch myself. Soon!
ReplyDeleteYou left me a note regarding it being wool which is great. It will be nice and warm.
ReplyDeleteHoping to connect in the next day or so with my sister-in-law to make another drop...lol another drop, sounds like drugs or something instead of what it is we're doing. lol
Keep those hats and scarfs and warm goodies coming folks....this is sooooooooo needed. Another cold one today.
Sandy
The scarves are wonderful. So many people being kept warm. I have not been doing much as of late but, hope to get back to it in a couple of days.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
That reminds me that I have some Wool Ease I will be working into scarves. I'm sure at least one of those will be coming your way for the Bridge. I will have to remember to label those.
