YIPPEE!! Notice the Hat ticker is moving. We received our first donations of hats. 6 beautiful warm crocheted hats, Thank you Bunny
I particularly love the green and the brown mix. What yarn did you use? There are wonderful and will be perfect! Thank you Bunny. Please hop over to Bunny's site and get acquainted if you don't already know her.
Here's the start of the scarf I'm working on, calling it shades of blue.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Yay! Those are awesome hats! Beautiful! And that scarf is coming along nicely :) can't wait to see the finished product!
ReplyDeleteI am lovin the scarf so far. Looking good and I am sure it will be warm. The hats are all wonderful I love the shade of purple one best but they are all great.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it got there ok. The yarn I used was Patons Wool on some and Wool-Ease on others. I used double strands on them all to make them nice and warm. This is the link to the pattern I used but, it happens to be crochet. Not knit. It works up very quickly.

Ooops! I meant to say that the scarf is looking good. Love the colors. Not sure how you can knit that fast to have it done by tomorrow though. lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting link Bunny, I was almost sure from the nice thick feel you used 2 strands. I'm gonna save that pattern. I like how versatle it is.
