Yarn and More Aid Homeless in Ohio

Wow!  Look at this wonderful donation from our good friend and long time supporter, Gail B.  Gail has crocheted a wonderful blue scarf that's suitable for a man or woman both in color and size.  AND she's included some nice yarn.  Can hardly wait to get started on something using the yean.
AND this super warm green afghan.  Click please to see the detail.  I believe this is made with multiple strands of yarn to make it so thick...or perhaps it was chunky yarn?  Whichever, people are going to be thrilled to receive this.  It will definately keep someone in need warm.

Many thanks Gail for your generosity and your on going support.  Please keep up the good work.

Socks Such an Important Donation for Homeless

Thank you Sarah S for this thoughtful donation of personal care items, socks, hats, and an awesome afghan!  What a generous donation.  Every item needed and greatly appreciated.  LOVE the nice dark colors for the hats and that you took time to tag with them size.  Extra thank you for that.

Sarah has been a long time supporter of cause here on Bridge and Beyond to help Ohio's homeless.  Summer has come and gone and fall is upon us.  Nights here in CentralOhio are damp and cold and so warm items are indeed needed by all the shelters and by those living in the elements.

Thank you Sarah and please keep up the good work!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
