Donations for Homeless

Hats, socks, mittens, and ponchos! Awesome donation from the new helping hands of Dorothy M. Thank you Dorothy for your thoughtful donation, it is so very much needed and appreciated. A another big Thank You for tagging your hats so nicely with size, that is soooooooooo helpful. I can't possibly try them all on, or guesstimate by looking when I sort and bag. AND not only does it save me tremendous time, it saves time for all the volunteers at the varies family shelters and those who help distribute the donations to those in need.

We're thrilled to have you join us and look forward to seeing you here often on Bridge and Beyond. Welcome to the group, and please don't be shy about participating on the blog with comments. We love visitors and comments, in fact it's helpful to the blog with regard to placement with search engines.

Remember folks, you do not need to be a blogger to leave a comment. Type your comment, click the drop down box and type your name in the name url space...simply leave the URL space blank.

**Have you read about the change in square donation policy? If not, please do.
***Have you read about and gotten involved in the latest contest? Not much participation, though the contest was announced on July 1st. I'll be altering it to try to improve participation...please keep checking in. AND, if you're not gotten involved so far....DO IT NOW.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
