Please join me in welcoming our newest pair of helping hands, Frances P from New Jersey for this thoughtful and generous donation of yarn. What a wonderful mix of colors. This yarn will be used no doubt to assemble afghans from donated squares. Though...sometimes I use it to give away to others who are in need of yarn to help our cause. In any case, it will be put to good use.
Many thanks Frances! Hope to see you here often on Bridge and Beyond, and again many thanks for your thoughtful donation.

Knitting for Homeless
Say hello to Rebecca W, our newest pair of helping hands. Thrilled to have you join us in keeping Central Ohio's Homeless warmer. Rebecca has knit 3 super warm scarves. The 2 on the left are double thickness I believe and or chunky yarn? LOVE the fall colors in the one on the right. Additionally, she's knitted a mobious scarf and a cotton washcloth.
Many thanks for your thoughtfulness. We hope to see you here often on Bridge and Beyond. Please keep up the good work, Rebecca.

Knitted Donations for Ohio's Homeless
Please enjoy this beautiful fall picture. Though we seem well past the pretty stage here, and in fact leaves were very disappointing this year. They weren't very colorful and they fell very quickly with rain and wind. Some years though, they do look close to this.
I've substituted this fall photo due to a malfunction when processing the photo of Christine D's lovely donation. Not sure how, but when it transferred from camera to phone it was damaged and not useable. Thankfully I had my note about what she had made and how things she had made. Her cotton cloths were knitted with my personal favorite washcloth pattern, the ever popular corner to corner Grandmothers Favorite. She had lots of fun colors, variegated mixed that I know will be truly well received.
Additionally she knitted and donated 10 hats and a scarf.
Many thanks Christine, am so sorry folk I can share the picture with you all.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
