Crocheted Afghans for Homeless Families Foundation

Love these colors together.  This afghan made by our good friend Cheryl S is suitable for anyone and everyone.  It's large enough  for a family, it suitable colorwise for Man or Women, or Teen.  Lots of colors, looks fall-ish to me.  Remember folks you can always click on pictures to enlarge them here on the blog to see things better or in more detail.  I always encourage you to do that.
Another wonderful afghan crocheted by Cheryl which will be donated to Homeless Families Foundation.  Shells stitches on the diagonal here, very interesting.

Cheryl's been very busy, so please continue to checkin..............there's more, you don't want to miss seeing the rest.

As always Cheryl, we so appreciate your support and your generous skillful crochet hook!

  1. GOOD JOB CHERYL. You have been a busy woman. Beautiful colors and look big enough for anyone to wrap up in. Will be lovely in someones new home. They are going to be appreciated by whoever is lucky enough to get them.
It has been a warm one here today. Humidity is high, we had storms last night and then made it up to 82 this afternoon. Should be in the 80s all week and Wednesday we could see 90.I think we have finally crossed out of a wet spring into the beginning of a warm summer. Feels good.GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS.marj in minnesota

    1. Right you are Marj, whomever receives either of these beautiful ghans will be thrilled. We were very humid yesterday but a little less so at the moment today. Was a nice day yesterday, but still it rained last night...something that makes life harder for our homeless friends. Looks a bit like rain this morning too, hopefully it will won't be an all day for their sake.

  3. These are so nice! I admire anyone who can finish an afghan; it seems to take me forever and I run out of patience! Someone will enjoy these.

    1. Nice to see you here Yvonne, we appreciate your supportive comment. Some ghans take longer than others it seems to me, the stitches used can make a difference.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
