New Helping Hands Help Homeless

Thank you Abby B, fellow Ohioan for this thoughtful donation of crocheted hats and scarves.  Love the nice tight stitches (sc) in your hats there will be super warm that way.  Thank you also for taking the time to tag the hats with size.  You can also see Abby's included personal care items which are always in need, and rain poncho's as well.  Awesome donation Abby, please keep up the good work.  Hopefully next time you make delivery, we'll be able to connect.  I so enjoy meeting folks.

Abby B is our newest pair of helping hands.  Thrilled to have you join us Abby and look forward to seeing you here often on Bridge and Beyond.

**Folks, please take time to read the item specific tabs across the top of the blog; even for those of you who've been contributors here before.  Each tab has necessary information regarding size, colors, and fibers needed for items; as well as what to avoid.  There are also some patterns you might like to use.  If you have a favorite pattern, please sing out, I'm always adding new things.**

WELCOME ABBY AND THANK YOU! These are some very pretty and warm looking items. There are a couple of possiblities there for beautiful sets. The blue hat or the cream could go with the pretty blue scarf. Very nice and much appreciated. Cold here this morning 8 degrees again and possible snow tomorrow. Never seems to end. Thank you for helping the Ohio Homeless. GOOD JOB.

  2. Welcome Abby! I am so glad you found our terrific little group! Your donation looks wonderful and the colors are so manly! These will be great for the men folk under the bridge! So often they are the more forgotten group. Thanks so much for using your time talent and resources to help the homeless and working poor! Keep your hook flying!

  3. Thank you Abby for your wonderful donation to Bridge and Beyond. I know that the items are most appreciated and welcome to the group!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.
