Thank you Fran M for this thoughtful donation of crocheted cotton washcloths. As you know, if you've been to Bridge and Beyond before, these cotton washcloths are used in several ways. We donate them to the shelters where they're used as washcloths when folks first arrive (often they have nothing), they're used when they transition out of shelter living into a permanent housing situation in their welcome home packs (where they can be used as either dish cloths or personal washcloths), and they are used by our folks under the bridges and in the elements...also as either dish cloths or personal washcloths.
Such a pretty blue variegated Fran. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness. Please keep up the good work.
I'm listing our end numbers from 2015 and will subtract our current number as means of keeping our goal in front of us. I'll show the goal number in Red. Let's strive not just to match last years numbers, but.........work towards even more.

ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty blue Frances M! Those are so bright and pretty to see after all the snow we got in Michigan yesterday. I like that you used 2 different patterns. They will cheer someone up when they use them.
ReplyDeletethis is such a pretty colour combo and they would be much needed. I remember my mom in law making me some and I loved them. they worked so well.
