LOL....a little chuckle for you alol. It's been awhile since there's been a new post, I've been out of town and was only able to schedule so many posts ahead. Many thanks to all who continued to visit and leave comments: Marjorie, Betty, Birgit, SSeger, Lisa, Claire, and Tamara; as well as to those who visited who didn't leave comments. I truly appreciate your daily visits to the blog to see what's going on, who's donated and to support each other with positive comments. I do wish I could urge more of you to not be shy and leave comments when you pop in for a visit.
I got into town in the wee hours this am, 1:30 ish and still have much catching up to do with regard to emails, comments on blogs, blog visits, opening and photographing donations and writing new blogs posts.........please bare with me. In the meantime, thank you to:Pauline B, Sandra R, and Susan H for your donations........they await my processing which will happen in the next several days.
Please stay tuned!
All donations regardless of size and number are valued. All donations are appreciated. The Power of One is awesome, and when we work together The Power of One becomes The Power of Many.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?
I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.
Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

It was real nice Betty, thank you.
DeleteVERY CUTE SHIRT, and so true, I have friends that would decinitely agree with you on this one. My crochet club especially. Shout out to the Happy Hookers .We still meet weekly through the summer, but do not do as much crocheting mostly lunch and talking.Good times.:+)
ReplyDeleteHot and humid here.I guess most of the country is experienceing that along with the storms. Little hard to take, but am enjoying the garden and my bird population has increased, feeding about 100 a day. Hope it cools down just a bit soon.
GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS. Marj in minnesota
I know what you mean about humidity, it's 83% here this am, that was something we enjoyed so much about Park City, no humidity, warm and dry with a breeze which made it so much more comfortable.
DeleteThat is a great shirt for people who love to crochet. I hope you had a great time away and feel nice and rested
ReplyDeleteI love the shirt, but we need one for knitters. Welcome home.
ReplyDeleteI love that shirt, but it needs to say knit. LOL My part time job ends the end part of Nov, so I will be knitting. Not to long ago, JoAnn's had some coupons for 60% off. I had 5 of them. So yes I did buy yarn that I didn't need. I told my friends that my yarn is part of my retirement fund. It's been in the 80's last week, and will be all this week. Haven't had any rain in a week. I have to water my plants on the deck. I would love to come and sit at your place Marj and watch all the birds in your yard. Feeding 100 a day is a lot of seed!
ReplyDeleteSue
You would love it Sue, My son and granddaughter gave me seed from Santa for part of a christmas gift last year. Every month they arrive with seed, suet and sunflower seed. Couldnt afford it without them. Couldnt have gotten a better gift.Have a happy week
