Thank you for this thoughtful donation of nice warm scarves. These crocheted colorful scarves are a mystery to me. This is one of the donations I don't have a note to match up. If you've been reading off and on the last week or so, you know I picked a bad time to clean off my desk. Being busy with extra hours at work, being busy with the holidays is not the time to clean off ones desk. I've lost a note and don't know who the kind soul was that donated these scarves. Could someone please sing out and let me know.
Edited to add the names of the 3 ladies who donated these items, thanks Kate, Laura, and Wendy for the donation and for singing out to let me know, much appreciated.
I did find some notebooks that will come in handy while doing some desk cleaning, but the job is not complete even as we speak....see me rollin my eyes.
End of year totals not to far off, so please keep checking in.

Kudos and many thanks to the person who made these beautiful scarves. These frigid temperatures certainly make you realize how much warm clothing is needed. Thanks again !
ReplyDeleteWe are still at 11 below in Minnesota with wind chills in the 30s below zero. Shelters are full of people struggling against the elements to stay warm. These beautiful scarves are among the many things needed to do that job. Thank you so much for your kindness in making these scarves for the needy. They will be much appreciated. GOOD JOB
ReplyDeleteVery nice donation of scarves to the person who made them. Scarves are so nice to have in this cold we are having.
ReplyDeleteThe pink and black one and the scrappy scarf both look like some that I did. That might be a package from Wendy :)

ReplyDeleteYes, that is my package that contains me, Kate and our sis-in-law Laura Rhoads items. (Mainly Kate's) Mine is one blue scarf and one of the reddish ones. Laura Rhoads did the other reddish scarf. All others were from Kate! Glad you got the box!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for the visits and comments, love seeing more folks take time to leave messages. Thrilled Wendy to get this donation ID'd. I was so aggetated at myself, might be a long time before I clean off the desk again lol. Thank you Kate, Laura and Wendy.
ReplyDeleteLots of toasty scarves! Great job, ladies!
