Thank you Sharon H for this thoughtful donation. Sharon has crocheted some cotton washcloths, which the shelters all love. They use them when people first get into the system with bath kits, they use them again in moving out packages where they can be used as washcloths and or kitchen dish cloths. Sharon has also included some of her books for the book shelf at Homeless Families Foundation. She hope to inspire some folks and help put purpose back into lives, as we all try to aid with necessary warm items.
Thank you Sharon.

The washcloths are so pretty Sharon. That was a nice idea to include the books. Great donation.
ReplyDeleteHope everyone is having a good Fourth of July weekend. It is hot and steamy here in Minnesota, perfect weather for all the fireworks and grilling going on here in the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteThank you Sharon for the washcloths. Have a box of them ready to go myself. Definitely a necessary part of helping the homeless. Have a happy day, and again thank you.
Thanks Sharon for this wonderful and thoughtful donation. The washcloths are so pretty and colorful and I am sure the books will be like food for the soul for many. A purpose in a life is often just what we need to keep going one day at a time. Thanks again!
