Knitting and Donating Helps Others

Thank you Sue S for your on going support of Bridge and Beyond and the Homeless here in Central Ohio.  Sue's been busy knitted cotton wash cloths and scarves.  Please click to see the details of the cotton wash cloths...the designs very nice.  AND I particularly like the gray one on the right with the diagonal design...what stitch is that?  She's also included personal care items and nice soft warm scarves.  Not sure I've seen that blue variegated yarn before, really like the color mix.

Many thanks and please keep up the good work Sue.  Also, I always appreciate you're taking the time to visit and make comments here on the blog!

  1. I am not sure what stitch pattern I used for the gray cloth. It might have been Rainy Day Washcloth. I have so many dish/wash cloth patterns that I want to try, but the Rainy Day was still on my clipboard. The blue variegated yarn was some that I picked up on a clearance at Meijers. It is Bernat Super Value. It is so soft to knit with and it was only $1.58. I got the few that they had. I didn't need any more yarn, but for that price I couldn't pass it up. The yarn said buy me, buy me, so I did. Glad you liked it also.

    1. I remember now what pattern I used for the dishcloth. It is Diagonal Rib Stitch from Yarnspirations.
