Crocheting to Help Homeless

Thank you Sarah S.  You and your crochet hook have been busy.  Folks if you missed it, scroll back a post to see the other portion of Sarah's donation!

Sarah and her hook have crocheted scarves, hats, and cotton washcloths.  Whew.....  The scarves are really nice size, large enough to wrap around and provide more warmth.  She's also included personal care items. Such a nice variety of colors in the cotton washcloths, something for everyone here Sarah.

Many thanks and please keep up the good work.  We appreciate all you do, and I know those who receive your goodies also.

  2. Very nice donation Sarah! You sure have been busy with all the items you have made.
Monday was in the 80's and yesterday the high was only high 60's. The nights have been in the 50's. So far there is a chilly wind and it is cloudy. Great sleeping weather if you have a blanket. I hope the homeless are staying warm enough at night.
Did you hear about the homeless man in FL who was playing the piano on the street? He plays wonderful. He is an ex-Marine. Inside Edition was showing him. They got him a haircut and shave. He was playing in some club. I hope he will do well in life.
