Warm and Toasty

As promised a better picture of this afghan from Diana K.  YOu saw it all folded up last time, and here it is (already tabulated), laid out after being laundered.  Who doesn't love a ripple.  A ripple and granny squares aren't those the first two designs that pop into your head when you think of a traditional afghan!

  1. OH MY DIANA! THIS IS A BEAUTY! I have never made one. Always admire the people who have that kind of patience, but this one is outstanding. love the colors! what a lovely gift for some special person! Thank you for being so kind. GOOD JOB!

    6 inches of snow falling in Minnesota this morning. Heading into a warm snap. Should be 40 tomorrow. Havent seen that in months. Are we coming to the end?

    Well Marj, MI is getting your 6 inches of snow. We are getting snow tonight, up to 4 - 6 inches over night. Tomorrow is to be 35. Send that 40 over here also.

  4. Sorry Sue, this 6 inches of snow got to be a mess. Wouldnt wish it on anyone!:+) I am going to enjoy the 40s though for the next two days. We really deserve it after what we have been through. Take care.
