Thank you Linda J for these crocheted cotton washcloths. These are always a bit hit at all the family shelters we deliver our donations to. Nice variety in size and designs. People use them as washcloths, and as dishcloths. They're used when people first come into the shelters and need so much, and they're used in moving out packages to aid them setting up housekeeping when they transition from shelter to permanent housing.
Please keep up the good work, Linda.

GOOD JOB LINDA. Much needed items and can be used in so many different ways. I have said before how much I love these washclothes and dish clothes. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteNice job Linda! Beautiful donation.
ReplyDeleteI really like the yellow ones with the circle in the center. I am trying to teach myself to crochet since I think it will go faster than knitting, but I just can't get the hang of it!
ReplyDeleteThank you Marj, Wendy, and Brista for the visits and nice supportive comments. You're sweet to help this way. Brista, have you tried looking for a u-tube video...sometimes seeing it, vs just reading about it can be helpful.
ReplyDeleteI signed up for a beginner crochet class with my sister who knits. She wants to learn crochet and since i was self taught i thought i might relearn the right way. Alot of schools give classes that are helpful. also Micheals and Joannes craft stores. I am like you. need to see it rather then read it. Good luck, Brista
