Stitches to Share is a group recently formed at Otterbein University in Columbus, Ohio. The group is comprised of knitters, crocheters, and those who wish to learn the craft. There are students, faculty, and staff members involved. It's opened to men and women in greater Otterbein Community. I'm honored to say, Bridge and Beyond is their first charity group to stitch for. Through their mutual love of helping others, they've come together...once again proving how much can be accomplished by caring people.
Their thoughtful donations include: head bands, wrist warmers, neck warmers, slippers, scarves and hats! Some are knitted, some are crocheted, some are knitted on looms. A variety of colors, styles, and sizes. Thank you Otterbein Community, thank you Stitches to Share. Hope to see you all often here on Bridge and Beyond. Keep up the good work. We're thrilled to have you join us, and wish you continued luck in growing your marvelous group.
The group meets in college library, where Judy, The Liberian joins in with her knitting needles. Colette organizes the group. Join them in the library or on line on Facebook.

That is a simply amazing donation and goes to show how people come together to make a difference. I would love to find a group like that at my end of the city....maybe I'd crochet a little faster!!! Job well done all!
