Mittens for Mitten Month

Mittens, Mittens, and more. Thank you Annemarie from New York, lots of chap sticks (24), and mittens ( 4 crocheted). I'm a person that can't go anywhere without chapstick, and I'm in doors. I'm not living outside in the elements like so many of our homeless. Chapsticks are a wonderful addition to personal care items. Glove/Mittens of varying sizes to fit those cold men and women living outside will be so very much appreciated Annemarie.

Have you read all the new tabs here on the blog? Please do. Color, and size requirements as well as some patterns for you.

  1. Great donation Annemarie! I've tried crocheting mittens and have failed. So "congrats" to you, they look great. Wow, on the chapstick. I too use a lot of that. I think I have a tube in every room in the house plus each car!! Can't live without that stuff, great invention lol.

  3. I am the same way, I need chapstick(blistex in my case) and never thought about that need for the homeless. Great thoughtfulness.

Liz, I have a pattern that is great. I tried many many patterns and failed and finally was given this one by someone. Just made my first successful pair. If you want the pattern email me @ sherry.keever at yahoo.com.
