Donation from Team in Puerto Rico

Thank you DaMaris and your friend Nancy for this thoughtful and generous donation of knitted goodies.  DaMaris donates all the way from Puerto Rico which I think is pretty special.  She's encouraged her friend Nancy to join in.  Awesome team work from both ladies.  Welcome Nancy, thrilled to have you join us.  These hats are nicely tagged with sized.....another item that gets me excited.  Hats and scarves are loomed.  Love the nice double thickness scarves..
Also, such nice sized scarves for wrapping up and being warm.  Nice dark colors too!

Many thanks DaMaris for recruiting more helping hands!  Hope to see both you and Nancy here on Bridge and Beyond often.  Keep up the good work, Ladies.

*Folks you may have recently read I'm taking more pictures in order to better highlight the beautiful donations for your all.  Better to see them, and to spread our posts to help the blogs placement which has fallen from it's SEO location a year ago.  What that means is, you'll see more donations from DaMaris and Nancy, so please do keep checking in.  Remember your spending time here on the blog reading and posting comments is also helpful...........something you can all do when you're taking a break from knitting or crocheting.......hint hint*

Donations from The Bay State

Another pair of new helping hands. YIPPEE. These lovely crocheted cotton washcloths are donated from Nancy (ladyspendcer on RAV), who hails from The Bay State. The Bay State was given as the nickname for Mass, long long ago by it's original settlers because of it's proximity to a number of large bays. It was given it's nickname back in 1789.

In addition to her 18 cotton washcloths she's donated 4 rain poncho's. You all know how well received those are.

Many thanks Nancy, hope to see you here often on Bridge and Beyond. Welcome, we're thrilled you've joined us.

More Squares to aid Faith Mission

Thank you Nancy. Nancy (pinnut) and I know each other from a group called OddBall Blankets on Ravelry. We've worked on several baby blankets together for that charity and now she's given more of her time to send me some wonderful knitted squares. These 11 squares will soon find their way into another ghan to keep those Mothers and their Children warm at Faith Mission.

For those who may be new to the blog, or perhaps not yet read this. Faith Mission has temporary housing for Mothers and Children who've been homeless and or abused. They have very little and we've been supplying them with hats, mittens, scarves, and slippers and afghans to make their transition go a bit more smoothly. They are warmed, physically by our donations, but also are given hope for a new and improved life by knowing we've knitted and or crocheted something special, something just for them. Please keep your hooks and needles flying, the need is great.

Thank you Nancy, it's wonderful to have you on board with us as our newest pair of helping hands.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
