Everyone Loves Cotton Washcloths made by Hand

Look at this fun and cherry assortment of crocheted cotton washcloths from our good friend Annemarie!   I think she managed to hit every possible color combination with her cotton.  This are always a hit at all the shelters and are used both as washcloths and discloths.   In addition to donation of cotton washcloths Annemarie's sent personal care items.  Both those living in the elements on the street and those in the shelters are in need of personal care items and the cotton washcloths.

Many thanks Annemarie for your thoughtful donation, and your on going support of Homeless and those i need in Ohio.  We so appreciate  you.

**Folks please remember not to knot and cut with knitted or crocheted items.  Knots are always the weakest link in any garment or project.  Always leave tails when changing colors or adding yarn and work in your tails to avoid raveling.**

  2. I agree with Rosemarie. The colors and shapes are so much fun. Also in these humid dog days of summer what better gift for an outdoor person, then a new washcloth, toothpaste, soap or whatever personal items you have. Everyone will so appreciate this I am sure. GOOD JOB AnnMarie, you ard a good friend of the homeless.

  4. Love these cloths. I have actually been itching to make wash/dish cloths but I have no cotton yarn right now. I will have to rectify that soon! Your cloths are really pretty, Annmarie.

PLEASE leave your name and url, NOT a profile link, not a google or google plus. Only name and url will take me directly to your blog to return the favor of a comment.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
