Crocheting and Donating

Thank you Blanca T for this thoughtful donation of crocheted goodies.  You've been busy!  Colorful crocheted cotton cloths/towels are always well received by all the shelters we donate to.  She's also donated hats and scarves.  Click to enlarge folks so you can see the details in the scarves.  I believe this style is called a keyhole scarf?

Thank you and please keep up the good work of warming Ohio's Homeless.

Folks we're still highlighting the needs of kids until the end of this month, February; but remember that doesn't mean you can't send items for kids other times of the year.  Please check the working calendar tab anytime you need an idea of what to make, or wonder what our highlighted items or groups will be.  The current highlight, always appear in the moving marque across the top of the blog.
**Stay tuned for donations from: Karen J from Illinois,   from Ohio, Brenda H from Texas, and Sue F from Ohio.

  1. Thanks Blanca. Very nice selection of colors. The oranges and blues make me feel like spring is right around the corner. We are having two days of 40 degree temps here in Minnesota, but tomorrow we already have a winter storm warning in place. Not a good thing. we have so much snow there is no place to put anymore. Thank you for helping the homeless during this long and trying winter. GOOD JOB.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
