New Helping Hands from Tennessee

Thank you Florence H from Tennessee, our newest pair of helping hands.  Florence joined our facebook group...so pleased to see the word spreading.  Florence has crocheted scarves and slippers and sent along some razors.  Personal care items are always appreciated.
Florence sent a another box with more personal care items, toothpaste, brushes, and deodorant...and 6 parkas.  She said she found an unbelievable end of the season sale she couldn't resists.  Won't some cold folks be thrilled to get these warm parkas.  Many thanks and welcome to the group, Florence.  We hope to see you here often on Bridge and Beyond.

Let me once again encourage EVERYONE to visit, to read, to stay current with the right size, color etc. of items needed.  Changes happen based on need.  Please stay current so you don't spend time making something that doesn't serve our needs.  AND, please don't be shy.  Post comments, take time and cheer each other on and admire each others work.  We all enjoy that.  It is easy, you do not need to be a blogger to leave a comment.

  8. I think I'm just going to keep visiting every day so that I can renew my faith in humanity. I wish I was a bit closer than Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, but I'll try and find a way to contribute as well. At the very least, I will spread the word!

    Cheers from Brandy at http://brandysbustlings.blogspot.ca/

PLEASE leave your name and url, NOT a profile link, not a google or google plus. Only name and url will take me directly to your blog to return the favor of a comment.

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
