New Helping Hands from California

What an interesting and cheerful crocheted afghan. You all know how I like to name the afghans I put together from your donated squares, well the minute I laid this one out to photograph I though Spring Garden. I didn't crochet this lovely reminder of Spring Gardens, Elizabeth R from Oakhurst, California did. It's sized nicely for a family afghan and will be a wonderful house warming gift through our project "Welcome Home" Program. Elizabeth....you hoo...if you're out there, would love to have notified you of it's arrival, but after checking through my data base, my emails, various forums/groups etc I'm a member of, Facebook etc I was unable to locate an email ady for you.
Elizbeth has been busy folks. As our newest pair of helping hands look at this wonderful donation. Hats, scarves, and slippers/booties in lots of different sizes and colors. Some are sets. Many thanks Elizabeth, we're thrilled to have you join us, and hope to see you here on Bridge and Beyond often.............do sing out and leave your email ady for me.

All of these items are lovely. Spring Garden certainly fits as a name for the afghan. Nice work Elizabeth!

  3. Earflap hats are GREAT for warmth! What a pile of beautiful and warm and so nice to have such a generous donor!! Spring garden is a nice name, but honestly, I saw that gorgeous and warm-looking afghan and thought, "Leprechaun's Britches"

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
