Another ghan finished for Faith Mission

knitted afghan for homelessNeeds to be washed and blocked and then can be on it's way. I like the way the colors change, I like the way I used up lots of odds and ends, and I like how that helped me get re-acquainted with some stuff in my stash. However....I'm not happy with no right and wrong side in order to use up the yarn, and to change colors when the yarn ran out instead of estimating and cutting and changing like one normally would on one side. However, it is warm, bright and cheery and will probably be well received by someone in need. Note to self....don't make one this way again.

  1. This turned out great, but I am curious why you wouldn't make another one.

  2. I would make another one, just not in this fashion with no right and wrong side and changing yarns mid row. I'm really in love with making corner to corner ghans.
    Thanks Nancy

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
